Deacon Warner (Director) is the Youth Program Director at Independent Filmmaker Project Minnesota (IFP MN). He teaches documentary video production through residencies at high schools in St. Paul and Minneapolis and runs an after-school filmmaking program at IFP. He has produced and directed a number of short documentaries including the award winning 56, the story of his father’s post-war footbal fame at the University of Minnesota, and Peaceful Warriors: on the road with Vets for Peace.
Erik Esse (Producer) has worked in marketing and distribution at IFP MN and the Independent Television Service (ITVS). His work in the food and co-op movements includes serving as director of the Local Fair Trade Network, as a staff and board member of North Country Co-op and as organizer of the US Conference of Workplace Democracies, the Midwest Worker Cooperative Conference and the Farmworker Conference for Fair Trade.
Hilary G. Johnson (Associate Producer) is currently a worker-owner and board member at Equal Exchange and has worked for Seward Co-op in Minneapolis and Whole Foods Co-op in Duluth. She has previously been a board member of the Domestic Fair Trade Association and the Local Fair Trade Network.
